The more of you there are, the less each of you pays.
Our prices are per vehicle, not per person — so a full fourteen-seat Sprinter from Arlanda to Stockholm works out at about 142 SEK a head, which is the cheapest per-person figure anywhere on this site and less than a train ticket once the airport passage fee is counted. Above fourteen we run matched vehicles as a convoy, at the same published rates, with no group premium and no weekend loading.
Groups are priced from the same published rate card as every other journey — there is no group premium. Up to fourteen guests travel in one Mercedes Sprinter, which from Arlanda to central Stockholm is 1 995 SEK, about 142 SEK a head. Above fourteen we run matched vehicles as a convoy that moves and arrives together: twenty guests is 3 290 SEK, forty is 5 985, fifty is 7 975. We work out the cheapest mix for your headcount rather than the most profitable one. One coordinator holds the whole movement and tracks every inbound flight separately. Bookings above 15 000 SEK carry a 25% deposit on confirmation.

All figures in SEK for Arlanda to central Stockholm at 40 km, per the published rate card — Economy 695, V-Class 1 295, Sprinter 1 995. Per-head figures assume the vehicles are full; a group of 24 pays the same as a group of 28 because both need two Sprinters. Shorter routes are cheaper on the same logic: fourteen guests to Kista is 1 635 SEK, about 117 SEK a head. Notice the pattern — the full-vehicle sizes (14, 28, 42) are the sweet spots, and if your group is a little over one of them it is worth asking whether two people can travel on a different flight.
Same vehicles. Very different problems.
What makes group transport hard is almost never the driving. It is that thirty people do not land at once, do not stay in one hotel, and do not agree about when to leave.
Conferences and delegations
Kistamässan, Stockholmsmässan, Uppsala Konsert & Kongress and the university venues. A cohort booked on one programme arrives across a whole morning on six different flights. We track each one and either hold vehicles until the party is assembled or run them in waves — your call, made from the manifest rather than on the day.
Weddings
Steninge, Wenngarn, Ulriksdal and the Sigtuna venues. Timings always drift, so we usually suggest holding vehicles for the day on the hourly rate rather than booking separate transfers — a car that has left for another job cannot come back. Convoys arrive together rather than trickling in, and Saturday costs what Tuesday costs.
Cruise and ferry groups
Whole parties embarking or disembarking at Frihamnen, Värtahamnen or Nynäshamn. Coming ashore we track the berth, because disembarkation runs by luggage group and slips. Going out, the sailing deadline is a hard stop — and thirty people move through a terminal far more slowly than two, so we build in more margin. See cruise terminals.
Teams and production crews
The bookings where headcount is the wrong way to size the job. Skis, golf clubs, instrument cases, camera and lighting kit cost nothing extra but change how many vehicles we send. Fourteen people with a bag each fill a Sprinter exactly; fourteen with equipment need a Sprinter and a van. Tell us what is travelling, not only who.
One coordinator, one number, one manifest.
The failure mode with group transport is a client ringing five drivers to find out where the sixth is. One person holds the whole movement instead.
The manifest does the work
Send names, flight numbers, arrival times, hotel or venue addresses, headcount and the number of large cases. We come back with the vehicle mix, the price and — the useful part — where the plan is fragile: the connection that is too tight, the two guests landing three hours after everybody else, the venue with no coach access.
Every flight tracked separately
Not one arrival time for the group, but one per flight. If two guests are delayed, their vehicle waits and the rest of the convoy goes — or everything holds, if that is what you asked for. Free waiting runs 60 minutes from touchdown on Schengen arrivals and 90 on intercontinental, per vehicle.
You call one number
Your coordinator holds the manifest, briefs every driver and answers the phone — for the whole movement, and for a multi-day conference or a wedding weekend, the same person throughout. Nobody gets briefed twice and you never have to explain the plan to a stranger at 06:00.
Send the manifest
Even a rough one. Approximate numbers and firm dates are far more useful to us than firm numbers sent late.
We size and price it
Cheapest vehicle mix, worked from the published card, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it against the rate card yourself.
Confirm and deposit
Above 15 000 SEK, a 25% deposit holds the fleet for your date. Balance invoiced at 30 days. Accounts can usually have it waived.
One coordinator runs it
Flights tracked, drivers briefed, vehicles arriving together. You have one number and it is answered by someone who knows your movement.
Above about fifty, ask whether you want a coach instead
If everyone is landing together and the venue can take a coach, a single fifty-seat coach is usually cheaper per head than five of our vehicles, and we will tell you so rather than quote you a convoy. Where a convoy genuinely wins is when either condition fails — arrivals spread across a morning, several hotel addresses, a venue with no coach access, or a wedding where the timings will drift — and then it is often not much dearer at all. Two other honest notes. We are a small operator: a movement of fifty uses most of the fleet at once, so we need weeks of notice, not days. And beyond roughly a hundred passengers in one movement you want a coach company, not us — we would rather say that at the enquiry than fail you on the morning.
